3. Non-refundable deposit
Franchise deposit: ₹5,00,000. It is non-refundable. Full terms sit in the agreement.
4. Area / territory
One operating area is assigned. Work stays inside that territory.
5. Monthly royalty — 10%
10% of monthly business revenue, paid to Tevin on the agreed date.
6. Agreement duration
Fixed validity. Renewal and termination are written in the agreement.
7. Application & website support
After signing: location changes, new vehicles, vehicle details, and GPS updates. These can take up to 3 months from the signing date.
8. GPS support
Free for the first year. Later charges follow the agreement.
9. Google Business Profile
Setup and optimisation for the local listing.
10. Google Ads & Meta Ads
Media spend is paid by the franchisee. Tevin can plan campaigns and give technical help.
11. Influencer advertising
Tevin coordinates the campaigns. Influencer fees and promo costs are paid by the franchisee.
12. Free bike rental — 2 years
Included in the package. Count, limits, and maintenance are set in the agreement.
13. Taxes & government charges
GST, licences, registration, and statutory payments are the franchisee’s responsibility.
14. Fraud or misconduct
Cheating, fraud, fake records, brand misuse, or unauthorised activity can end the agreement. Brand, site, app, and ads stop immediately. Dues stay payable. The ₹5,00,000 deposit is not returned, subject to the agreement and law.

ప్రకటన ఖర్చు పూర్తిగా franchiseeది. Tevin campaign planning మరియు టెక్నికల్ సహాయం ఇవ్వవచ్చు.
11. Influencer advertising
ప్రచారాలను Tevin సమన్వయం చేస్తుంది. ఫీజులు మరియు ఖర్చులు franchisee భరిస్తారు.

14. Fraud / misconduct
